Due to such growth, they are now looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to provide support on the creation and production of performance and planning activities, developing a structured resource modelling approach and change analysis programme. The successful Resource Planning Analyst will be required to supply consistent and meaningful insight into Management Information function whilst allowing for an evolving environment.

Key Skills and Experience required;

* Previous experience working in a resource planning role

* Understanding of resource planning methodologies and service level requirements

* Demonstrable knowledge of MS Excel including VBA

* Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint

* Experience of working with workforce management technology
