I am currently searching for a Service Delivery Manager to work in Amsterdam . This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.
Due to the implementation of new systems across company globally there are changes to processes of how certain business functions would run and operate. There is a need for an experience Service Delivery, reporting into the Head of Change Management, to establish process standards, document new processes and support in the training and implementation of these processes within each of the functions.
Job Duties
* Build relationship with key SMEs within the business functions to understand existing processes
* Work collaboratively with the SMEs to formulate the new processes, and document these using industry standards
* Coordinate with various functions the review and approval process
* Facilitate workshops to walkthrough and align on documented processes
* Create a set of standards to be used by the business
* Ensure all functions are trained in the new processes before go-live
You will need
* Be skilled in industry standards for process maps
* Ideally have a Six Sigma Black-belt or Lean background
* A quick learner and ability to understand different business functions through speaking with the key SMEs
* Outstanding analytical skills to be able to ask the right questions and a varying set of questions to identify gaps the business may not have even thought about
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with the various stakeholders from both the business and technology
* Some understanding of billing systems, technical design and solution architecture, be able to understand functional specs
