CRM Business Analyst

We have an excellent opportunity for two Business Systems Analyst (CRM) to join the Digital Customer and Sales Team.

Our office in Staffordshire is a custom built facility acting as a center of support services for the business affording a great opportunity to build a strong internal network, as you carry out your day to day role.

You will work with other Business Systems Analysts within the team to provide new and innovative solutions to operations. You will produce high quality ideas which you will be able to follow through to solution delivery that affect real business change.

You will be involved in projects from their early inception through to user acceptance testing, and working with the Product Owner you will have a voice in influencing the direction of CRM development. You will work to produce full documentation of the as-is and to-be processes through process/data mapping, requirements gathering, and specification design. You will also be able to interrogate Salesforce in detail and have a good grasp of how external solutions can be integrated with the CRM. You will be a ‘business bridge’ between 3rd party vendors and the business and troubleshoot existing systems to drive business process improvements

To be successful for the role you will have previous experience communicating with internal, external stakeholders and senior management. You will have a proven experience with strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or other CRM. You will have a good understanding of CRM development best practices. You will be highly skilled in analyzing business requirements, demonstrating relationship building and communications skills. Previous experience with system integration using Webservices API's REST or SOAP methods is required along with previous experience within a lighting environment using the Lightning design system (SLDS) or Lightning Components.

Essential skills

                     Expert working knowledge Salesforce or other CRM system

                     Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies.

                     Experience of deployment and implementation of CRM solutions
