Excellent role on offer for a Maintenance Team Leader, looking for a varied position within a rapidly growing company that offers expert training and career development long term.

Are you a Maintenance Engineer with PLC Fault Finding experience? Do you have some form of Senior Engineer or Leadership experience?

This company are a specialist manufacturer of specialist chemical products for companies across the globe. Due to ongoing success and their growth plans moving forward, they are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their expert team.

In this role you will be managing Engineers and work schedules to ensure that work is completed to a high standard. You will be responsible for training and developing Engineers, also for covering shifts or holidays when needed. Excellent training will be provided to develop you as you build a career within the business.

This role would therefore ideally suit a Maintenance Engineer with some experience in a Leadership or Senior role. Looking to build a career within a growing company who are known to take care of their staff.

The Role:

* Maintenance Team Leader

* Excellent training in-house and on external courses

* Days based - Monday to Friday

* £35'000 - £40'000 + Benefits + Excellent Training and Development

The Person:

* From a Maintenance Engineering background

* Some experience with PLC Fault Finding

* Some experience in a Leadership or Senior Engineering role

* Looking for excellent training and career development
