What Will I Be Doing?

 

As a Help Desk Support Engineer, you will join a friendly help desk team and take responsibility for supporting customers with IT related issues.

 

Primarily dealing with inbound issues, your day-to-day will also include monitoring and backup checks, customer builds and the management of the support ticket queue.

 

Your role will also include:

 

- Ensuring SLA requirements are met

- Providing technical support to new and existing issues

- Logging new support calls

- Updating information on the support system and timesheet

- Responding to alerts from automated systems for hosted IT infrastructure

 

What Do I Need?

 

To be considered as a Help Desk Support Engineer, you will need experience of the following:

 

- Windows Server 2003 to 2016

- Microsoft Exchange 2007 to 2016

- Office 365 administration

- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS & DHCP

- Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10

- Mac OSx

- Mobile devices (iPhone/Blackberry)
