This Kent based graphic design and branding consultancy is a highly experienced Kent-based creative team of branding specialists, helping businesses of all shapes and sizes define and position their brand for success. They have developed a reputation for high quality purposeful design, teamwork, dedication and attention to detail and appreciate these qualities in those they employ. They work in a fabulous refurbished studio, in the centre of Sevenoaks, and offer a relaxed, friendly working environment.

They are looking for an ambitious Creative Artworker/Graphic Designer to join them and make their mark on a wide range of print and digital projects including the following:

- Artworking

- Product packaging design and amends

- Branding development

- Brochure artworking

- Rollout of design concepts across print and digital items

- UX design

- Logo design

You'll be an expert with Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and it goes without saying you'll have a keen eye for detail when it comes to typography, imagery, layout and high quality re-touching ensuring a quality finish to all outputs from the studio.

A typical week will be evenly split between:

- artworking packaging amends for their pharmaceutical clients

- creating materials for the rollout of client brand and campaign materials

- involvement in new branding idea/concept generation

- supporting their brand & digital team members with project roll-outs.

The ability to transfer your print skills to digital would be a distinct advantage; supporting their ux design services and their clients with website updates across Wordpress, Shopify and other CMS platforms. They use XD for website rapid prototyping and are now using After Effects for animation so the ability to learn new programmes would be advantageous.

To be successful you'll need to be super organised and have the ability to manage your own workload, and jump between projects as necessary. You'll also be comfortable communicating with clients on phone, email and face-to-face; and enjoy providing and taking constructive feedback from colleagues. You'll have boundless energy and love working in a trusting, supportive team environment.

They expect to receive a well designed CV (no word docs!) and portfolio demonstrating your skills, experience and range of work. A shortlist will then be invited to complete an online psychometric test followed by a half-day process including a meet-the-team session, interview and practical elements.

This position is in Sevenoaks, Kent and you must be able to travel to this location.
