Avaya Telecoms Analyst

£30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits - 26 days holidays, 7% matched pension, share scheme.

We are seeking a Avaya Telecoms Analyst to join an expanding leading financial services company. As the Avaya Telecoms Analyst you will be required implement, maintain and support local and remote telecoms applications. You will be joining an expanding company that is currently investing heavily in technology where you will be a integral part of the journey to upgrade the Avaya systems to Arua.

You will be working within a state-of-the art contact centre where the organisation invests heavily to provide the latest technologies and offer outstanding work conditions. The organisation is going through a rapid expansion programme and progression opportunities will be abundant.

As the Avaya Telecoms Analyst you will possess the following skills and experiences:-

* Previous experience working with Avaya systems.

* Conduct project planning, vendor, cost analysis as well as supporting all system outages for systems maintenance.

* Telecommunication infrastructures.
