Infrastructure Engineer/Consultant - Maidenhead - £50,000

The Role

As an infrastructure engineer/consultant you will act as a consultant to key clients, proposing technical solutions and implementing key infrastructure projects, as well as providing BAU support. The role may require some occasional travel to client sites.

Your Responsibilities

This will be a varied role, which will involve a mixture of BAU and project work. You can expect to be responsible for the following:

* Consult with clients, proposing technical solutions for infrastructure improvements

* Deliver key infrastructure projects

* Provide 3rd line technical support to customers

* Monitor and respond to alerts raised by applications, services and infrastructure

* Maintain and upgrade the LAN and WAN infrastructure for clients

* Be in a client facing position, travelling to client site where necessary

Your Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience with the following technologies:

* Azure and Office 365

* Hyper-V

* PowerShell

* Windows Server
