Data Scientist / Senior Data Analyst (Python IoT). Opportunity to work on complex data science projects for a household name in the IoT space. As a Data Scientist you will lead the team (2-3) and remain hands-on to retrieve, clean and undertake exploratory data analysis and create complex data visualisations on large data sets produced by a network of IoT products and business intelligence systems using a range of technology including: Python, Athena, Kafka, Redshift, ElasticSearch and Omniture.

Engaging with business stakeholders you will recommend innovative insights and solutions across the business and use analytical process to help the business make more informed decisions on marketing, contact strategy and customer segmentation.

City based offices with a collaborative team environment and casual dress code.

Requirements:

*Strong knowledge and hands on experience of statistical modelling and analysis techniques (segmentation)

*Python coding skills with experience of extracting data from a variety of source systems

*Experience of retrieving, cleaning and undertaking exploratory data analysis on large data sets

*Ability to implement data modelling techniques on a large scale
