ITIL Service / Process definition Business Analyst - ITSM Agile
To be suitable you must have;
* ITIL based, Service and process definition
* Agile Business Analysis experience, gathering and documenting User Stories, Process Definition and Functional Design Specification
* Demonstrable ITIL / ITSM experience ideally certification
Working on an Agile project you will be supporting the Product Owner and Project Manager on a Digital Transformation ITSM implementation of ServiceNow for Dashboarding and Monitoring. Ideally you will be familiar with how ITSM tooling is quickly becoming key to integrated digital change in a business and the IoT.
Prerequisites will be excellent internal and external stakeholder management, working well in a dynamic team environment and with a self starting delivery focus
