Insurance Finance Manager

Life Insurance Accountant

My client, a leading UK Insurer, are looking for an Insurance Finance Manager to work out of their Bristol offices on a long-term contract basis.

An Insurance Finance Manager is required due to ongoing regulatory programmes that impact Insurance Finance. Currently IFRS17, which is due to go live in 2021, and Brexit have mobilised project teams that are scaling up as each programme develops.

Candidates that prefer BAU tasks and responsibilities rather than project work are still welcome, as you will be used as a back-fill hire for an existing BAU staff member who will be seconded to the project instead.

My client is looking for Finance professionals that have extensive experience within the Insurance industry and the related Insurance specific finance departments. Insurance Reporting is a key skill required and any candidates that have knowledge of IFRS 17 and Solvency II and have dealt with Actuaries are highly desirable.

If you are currently looking for a new contract, or considering contracting for the first time, then the Insurance Finance Manager position would be ideal due the longevity and stability of joining a long-term regulatory project that is due to run until 2021.

The client also operates a flexible working from home policy as well as smart casual work attire.

If you are interested and meet the above requirements then please apply for the Insurance Finance Manager position immediately.
