Wrorking with a leading retail company on their largest global financial transformation programme.

Who are looking for a qulaified treasuary accountant to join the programme, this is an exciting oppoutunity for for a treasury accountant to assist with the design and documentation of processes.

The Treasury Accountant/Process Analyst will be responsible for documenting Treasury processes with a specific focus on process mapping.

Treasury Process Analyst you will be responsible for:

* Documenting to-be business processes (process maps) and recognising their interdependencies within Treasury or with other workstreams

* Work with the Governance and Control team to receive their input into the process design which will result in a risk and control matrix and signoff by the business

* Documenting the business processes in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Work with the business to receive their input into the process design and content for the SOPs through to final sign off

Requirments

* Accounting degree or certified CIMA,ACCA,ACA (preferably from a Treasury background)

* 2-5 years' experience in corporate treasury in a FTSE 250 company

* Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow-charting and process diagramming

* Able to operate successfully in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment

* Understanding of organizational change management, transformation, facilitative leadership, and project management methodologies

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate (written and verbal), influence and work effectively with a broad cross section of functional area

Desired

* Six Sigma certification preferred

* Good understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the banking and treasury environment

* Experience of working across multiple locations, business functions and cultures

* Working in large systems implementations

* Good understanding of Treasury Management Systems

* ARIS process architecture tool

* Oracle Fusion and Findur experience

This is a 4 month rolling contract based in Welwyn Citry Garden offering up to 550pd
