I am currently recruiting for an Avaloq Developer to join one of Switzerland's leading IT services and operations processing provider for Private Banking

I am looking for an experienced Avaloq parameterisation specialist to strengthen the current team in Application Management Channels Services. Candidates are expected to provide strong technical skills in requirements gathering, software development and solution design. Candidates also require work experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite. Focus will be on topics around interfaces with Avaloq (online banking and online investment applications).

Key Accountabilities:

* Avaloq parameterisation, development of software changes

* Business Analysis for change requests and incidents

* Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure fit-for-purpose end-to-end functionality

* Incident management, 3rd level support

* Technical testing activities during release cycles

Skills:

* Software development / Avaloq parameterisation

* Solid understanding of Oracle databases and PL/SWL

* Requirements engineering and solution design

* Analytical, structured and efficient way of working

* Ability to deliver complex solutions independently

* Very good command of English and excellent communication skills

Required Experience:

* University degree or equivalent in engineering, preferably in computer science

* General software programming experience

* Avaloq parameterisation and development of customised functionality, preferably with focus on Avaloq Message Interface

* Avaloq Certification is a must-have

This is a contract position, initially until the end of the year
