Voice Engineer - London - £45,000

The Role
As a Voice Engineer, you will be required to provide 3rd line business as usual support, as well as assist in the delivery of exciting projects for enterprise clients.

Your Responsibilities
The role will be varied, but some of the responsibilites include:
* Providing excellent technical support for customers
* Diagnose and resolve customer faults through troubleshooting
* Provision and configure new services for customers
* Assist in configuring and managing the telecoms and networking infrastructure
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate for this role would have some of the following skills and experience:
* Experience working with SIP/VoIP
* Good understanding and working knowledge of IP networks
* Experience working with IP PBX systems
