Contractor / Marketing Operations Team- 12 Months.

The client is looking for a contractor to join the Marketing Operations team. This is a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic contributor to join the team in charge of the management of key activities such as procurement, planning, budget & liaison with key Functions (IT, Finance, Legal, etc.).

You will take an active role in the management of procurement activities for the group, helping with the launch of the new Purchase to Pay system, and the efficient management contracts and purchases. The successful candidate will enjoy activities of diverse nature in an environment constantly evolving.

* Manage day-to-day procurement activities for the Marketing group in Cambridge

* Be the point of contact for Marketing Operations in Cambridge supporting key stakeholders tackle short term purchasing issues and helping with long-term planning

* Take an active role supporting the transition to new Purchase to Pay system which will simplify and accelerate the purchase of good and services

* Help streamline processes to improve group budget planning capabilities

* Liaise with the Legal team to simplify and accelerate contract process

* Experience using Procurement System - SAP preferred
