Information Governance Manager / IG Manager

Location: Midlands

Contract length: 4 months (possibility of an extension)

Skills required: Information governance, IG toolkit and NHS IG framework.

We are currently on the lookout for an experience IG Manager to deliver specialist Information Governance advice with focus on national and local IG standards. As the IG Manager you'll be required to travel around the Midlands locality to ensure full compliance at each client site.

As The IG Manager you'll ensure successful delivery of the Information Governance Toolkit and Framework in the NHS. Also you'll be expected to deliver some training around incident management and offer guidance on information governance issues.

Experience required:

* IG toolkit

* Training colleagues around Information Governance

* Experience in incident management

* A good knowledge around the IG framework

For this role you must be prepared to travel and also you should be able to hit the ground running and have extensive experience within Information Governance. Also for this role you'll be required to attend regular meetings on customer sites and therefore their knowledge around IG must be extensive.
