Business Analyst (CRM)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (CRM) for a world famous UK retailer.

The ideal Business Analyst (CRM), will have experience of CRM projects, preferably in the retail industry. They currently use Salesforce as a CRM so any experience of that would be a distinct advantage.

This is a technical Business Analyst position so we are looking for people who are highly technical (within the context of Business Analysis).

Skills

*Salesforce experience

*B2C experience

*Project experience during discovery and benefits realisation

*Experience working with onshore & offshore developers

*Project experience during design, build and test

*Ability to accurately estimate how long a task will take

*Requirements Definition

*BPMN

*Process Flow Analysis

*Strong knowledge of API and web services (SOAP and/or REST)

*Understands the necessity to apply best practise and in-house principles

*Experience working with developers

*Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environments, as our vendors use a mix of these methodologies

*Experience with Cloud Solutions and/or RDBS

*Basic competence in API/XML

*Basic competence in at least one query language (e.g. SQL)

*Ability to read an ERD
