.NET Development Manager / Architect / Scrum MasterBased near SolihullCommutable from areas such as; Birmingham, Coventry, Sutton Coldfield, Balsall Common, Redditch etc.PermanentSalary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + BenefitsKey Skills: C# / SQL / Cloud ServicesThis company is a market specialist solutions provider for retail technology and are now seeking more senior software professionals to drive their business to the next level.You will be responsible for 6 UK reports and an offshore development team based in India.The role will involve:

'€¢Management of the whole development, test and support team'€¢Agile methodologies for all development'€¢Work closely with the GM and Project Delivery teams to prioritise workload'€¢Plan work versus resources, ensuring the most efficient method is adopted in order to meet deadlines and targets'€¢Responsible for all testing, change and support in order to meet customer needs'€¢Produce a documentation library for processes and customer information'€¢Provide technical expertise in order solve any technical issues'€¢Liaise with customers'€¢Excellent understanding of the industry

Skills required:

'€¢7 years commercial experience in complex windows application in C#, SQL Server and Cloud Based SAAS solutions'€¢Software Management / Architect / Scrum Master'€¢Offshore management'€¢Project Management
