Service Desk Analyst Our well known UK based client are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 2 month contract. You will have experience of working in a fast paced service desk/ helpdesk covering many different technologies and applications.You will be working alongside other experienced service desk professionals to ensure SLA's are met and that the company as a whole can be fully functioning.Skills Required

'€¢Specific exposure to an IT Help Desk environment.'€¢Used to taking user information and recording their issues'€¢General understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies'€¢Strong verbal communications and listening skills.'€¢Ability to present solutions in user-friendly language.'€¢Ability to follow set processes and procedures.'€¢Exposure to Microsoft applications.
