£42,000 + 33 days' holiday + Pension

Are you an Engineering Manager with an electrical background in a manufacturing environment, looking to shape your own department, in a senior management position at a multi-million-pound company?

On offer is a crucial role in which you can put your stamp on the department by implementing your own processes and culture.

This is a fast growing company with on-going investment plans being implemented. They are part of a global group, now one of the largest engineering groups in the UK. They are working towards improving the environmental impact of the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity with a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring all technical and safety standards are met, liaison with different departments, and development of the continuous improvement culture.

The role would suit an Engineering Manager with an electrical background in a manufacturing environment, looking to lead all aspects of engineering activities at a multi-million-pound company.

The role:

· Ensure output meets technical requirements

· Develop quality procedures

· Development of staff, including training and succession
