Business Analyst - Preston - 11months - HR/ Payroll, ERP
Business Analyst needed for a major client in Preston
Exposure to HR and Payroll process, either from a technical implementation project or process redesign
Strong people skills to hold workshops (they cannot be a technical geek) - need to interact with non technical people
Experience of Visio - process mapping current as-is and to-be
Exposure to ERP systems preferred (Business World a real bonus - not ideal)
Multiple project streams to deliver on additional functionality according to agreed
roadmap and the implementation of the HR/Payroll elements of the Group's ERP System into additional Group's subsidiaries.
Responsibilities
To provide expertise, including system knowledge to ensure business processes and procedures are effective and customer focused.
Drive efficiency through identifying change and providing solutions.
Undertake project work as required, taking full responsibility for delivering outputs within agreed timescales.
Identify training requirements and provide business and process knowledge to create relevant training resource.
Ensure all system changes and developments support continuous improvement practices and are aligned to the policies and practices of ITS.
Communicate system and process changes to key stakeholders.
