As the Project Manager, you will implementing ServiceNow to improve the efficiency of service management within the IT operations at a leading insurer.

I am recruiting for an Project Manager with ServiceNow experience, the experience required is as follows:

Essential Experience

* Strong IT Project Management Experience

* Financial Services Industry Experience

* Delivering projects in an IT Service Management domain, ideally with a people and process focus

* Service Operating Model and Service Process Design

* Experience of Service Levels definition, design and implementation

* Solid experience of successfully delivering Service Transition outcomes for organisations working in complex and highly-regulated environments

Highly Desirable Experience

* ServiceNow Exposure

* Experience of transitioning production services to new supplier teams - e.g. developing, supporting and maintaining an exit strategy/handover

* Managing Service Introduction/Service Acceptance.

Essential Qualities

* Must have strong, well-developed senior stakeholder management experience in a multi-vendor environment

* Ability to identify and manage internal or external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by the business

* Able to implement an integrated organisational structure, role profiles, culture, performance measures, competencies and skills to enable change

Qualifications/Certifications

* Mandatory: Recognised project management certification, e.g., PMP, Prince 2 Practitioner, APMP

* Very Desirable: ITIL Qualification
