A market leader in the development of IC and sensor system solutions for automotive and industrial applications is looking to hire a Technical Lead who will have responsibility for the development of Analog Mixed Signal IC products for automotive applications from concept, through design, verification, silicon evaluation, characterization and pre-qualification, up to introduction to production.
In your position as Technical Lead you will own the top-level IC and system design, participate to some IP design in close cooperation with the product development team.
You will ensure implementation of best practice during the whole product development phase including component, IP-based, platform-based structured design, DfT, DfM, UVM, non-regression testing, file versioning control and bug tracking system and deliver technical presentations to the team and management as well as customers.
In addition you will be expected to support to the project manager by evaluating tasks efforts, making recommendation for resources allocation, and running product development activity with pre-defined on-time, cost and quality targets.
As the successful Technical Lead you have several years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC product development ideally from within a supplier of the automotive industry including the following:
PRP and system engineering approaches, experience in IP/IC design and very good understanding of Analog Mixed Signal IP blocks in a Cadence environment and some project management experience.
Ability to evaluate, debug products and use Lab measurements equipment
In addition and beneficial for your application are:
Experience with production test flow
Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, DRBFM
Knowledge of DOORS, DOORS Next
Experience with embedded systems (IC,HW,FW), magnetic sensors and Sensor Interfaces (SI)
