Data Warehouse Architect:

A new and exciting opportunity as a hands on Data Warehouse Architect has been made available to join a boutique Capital Markets and Securities focused Investment Bank in London City. This is a permanent position based in London city.

As a Data Warehouse Architect you will work closely with the development team in New York in designing, developing and leading the build out and migration of a Data Warehouse in the London office. As well as the build out of a new Data Warehouse you will also get involved in ongoing and future projects across multiple geographic locations.

The successful Data Warehouse Architect will not only have tangible experience Data Architecture, Data Modelling and Database Design but will have the ability to get involved in the hands on development of the Data Warehouse. The business are currently using SQL 2012/2014 so knowledge around the MS Stack including SSIS, SSAS and SSRS are a necessity. As this roll provides a lot of autonomy, you must be a highly self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently. As you will be required to liaise with business users and stakeholders you should have strong communication skills both verbal and written.
