AEM CQ Developer

Location: London

Key responsibilities:

- Leading the technology implementation of ‘Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)’ as a strategic content management platform

- Lead the definition of AEM development standards and frameworks, software architecture, design principles and ways of working

- Establish the operating model for AEM development

Experience:

- Extensive experience in Adobe AEM (CQ)

- Proficient in Adobe CQ foundational concepts including CRX repository CQ platform o Use of core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Apache Felix

- Experience with JS validation, Ajax, jQuery, JSON

- A solid understanding of all Adobe CQ building blocks including Templates Components Dialogs Widgets, etc., CQ development and deployment process

- Hands on experience in developing Templates Components using JSP or scripting languages OSGI bundles Sling services -Custom workflow process Customizing out of the box widgets and components.

- Experience in OO Design principles, Java, SQL, HTML, MVC, REST, SOAP, XML/RPC, JBoss, Tomcat, CSS, and JavaScript

- Proficiency of Object-Oriented Programming Methodology & Practice, ideally with designing and programming of applications using Object Oriented Programming Methodology utilizing Java language constructs

- Experience with Agile and Unified Development Methodologies
