I am currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Switzerland's leading Private Banks. The Project Manager will be supporting the Head of KYC Upgrade

Tasks

* Manage capacity of KYC Upgrade Specialist organization (incl. hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding support, work locations etc.)

* Perform staff planning, resource allocation and detailed work planning

* Co-ordinate training sessions

* Provide support to Management for special tasks such as Audit, Reporting, co-ordination, special reviews of KYCs etc.

* Follow-up of cases with Front

* Support knowledge management and interaction with other Programme and Compliance teams

* Ensure Quality Assurance for KYC Upgrade Project/upgraded KYC files

* Support training activities for KYC Upgrade Team and Front (together with dedicated trainer)

Requirements

* Multiyear experience within the banking industry in any of Money Laundering prevention, Financial Crime or other relevant regulations at Swiss and European Banks (International experience is required)

* Experience in KYC related projects

* Broad experience in project management in financial service industry, preferably private banking

* Broad experience and strong skills in process analysis and process design

* Professional skills in MS Office and other documentation/planning tools, and banking tools (Host, CRM etc.)

* Professional experience in reporting, follow-up and co-ordination of Management tasks

* High level of self-confidence to present in front of senior management and key stakeholders of the project
