Full time fixed term appointment for 2 years

37 hours per week (The role will require frequent travel and you will work flexibly to meet the demands of the role).

Gower College Swansea is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to develop digital provision related to the creative and digital sector to meet the needs of employers and establish a curriculum to meet industry needs. This is a key role which will require the successful candidate to engage with key stakeholders to generate engagement in the digital curriculum through commercial learning solutions.

Funded by the Skills for Industry project the successful candidate will promote and develop the College’s portfolio of digital and ICT/Computing courses to local business and link the digitalisation of business sectors as part of the Swansea Bay City region regional strategy.

The successful candidate will possess a computer related degree and super user capability in Microsoft Office. The role requires proven competence and experience in delivering ICT/Computing programmes in complex multi stakeholder environments across a range of industry sectors. With a strong commercial mind set, high resilience and strong analytical skills the successful incumbent will deliver planned outcomes to tight time frames.
