Are you a great communicator and Leader on design projects while working with stakeholders and the wider team to create the best solution for our customers?

Can you create entirely new experiences that will drive innovation in our market and be responsible for creating vital design assets and experiences with a strong visual impact to meet business and stakeholder requirements?

We want you to work with our highly-skilled Personalisation & Optimisation Team, helping us to create concepts and ideas leveraging insight and business requirements, as well as designing and implementing them in a dynamic and friendly environment. This rewarding role will be based at our brand-new open plan office location in Maidenhead.

As a Senior Digital UI Designer, you will be responsible for:

- Creating fresh, inspiring and engaging UI concepts with a strong visual sense.

- Understand and design towards a digital environment, creating customer experiences that work well on multiple devices

- Understand business objectives, data and customer feedback to influence and evolve the experience & design.

- Generate ideas for key marketing campaigns and promotions

- Take ideas from early conception to final delivery in an efficient and timely manner

- Operates effectively as a member of the project team including but not limited to Client Stakeholders, Leadership, Project Managers, and Digital Advisors Personal Quality

- Operates effectively as an individual for quick turnaround of design assets and design prototypes Personal Quality

- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments. - Personal Quality

- Desire and willingness to work in a fun, collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment

Personal Qualities - we’re looking for an individual who:

- Possesses an understanding of user experience, leverage data where possible to ensure maximizing usability

- Has a bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) with relevant work experience desired.

- Has an ability to conceptualise as well as produce clear, striking design work that can be used across many platforms.

- Has an ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure all marketing collateral is consistent and 'on brand'

- Has fundamental understanding of design principles, with strong knowledge of typography and image composition
