ServiceNow Project Manager 95% Remote Up to 80,000 per annum
Company client partnered with a quickly growing boutique ServiceNow partner, specializing in delivering transformative employee workflow solutions to businesses of all sizes and rescuing failed implementations.
Our partners are seeking a passionate and experienced Engagement/Project Manager (Senior Consultant) with strong leadership skills, to shape and deliver internal projects and become a go to person for specific areas of operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent mentoring skills and will be able to provide pastoral / developmental advice to consultants, and share insights and feedback based on team engagement and challenges.
Responsibilities (Supporting & Growing the Business):
* Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. * Draft proposals and SOWs for new clients with minimal input from senior team members. *Acting as a liaison between the project team, stakeholders, and vendors. * Preparing status reports and documentation for project stakeholders. * Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that the solution meets business needs and requirements. * Capture business requirements and maintain project documentation including; requirements documentation, use cases, test plans, and training materials. * Supporting testing activities, including test case development and execution. * Identify process improvements and efficiencies within ServiceNow projects. * Supporting the business with internal activities that contribute to the growth of the company, e.g. writing/recording content, researching & attending conferences, contributing to internal initiatives. * Actively maintain your own network beyond contacts generated through the client.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
* High-level knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Confidently discuss platform capabilities and differences between products with clients. * Build senior teams confidence to propose as lead role on project or programme. * Influence senior stakeholders and constructively challenge to encourage discussion. * Take responsibility for the KAM process - seeking out opportunities and identifying who from the senior team can help to close out. * Strong quality assurance skills. * Ability to analyse data/information and produce reports to reflect findings, progress etc. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Desire and motivation to learn and be inquisitive about people, processes and technology.
