Senior HR MI Analyst (SAP BW expert)

Make sure we're supported as you oversee the changeover of HR reporting tools and you will be too.

Leading the smooth transition of our reporting infrastructure from SAP R3 to SAP BW, you'll be the first point of contact for new reporting requests. That means acting as project manager on top of your own reporting duties, setting up the new requests and making sure the Management Information resource team have a strong grasp of the system. It's an exciting project. And guiding the transition through to completion, you'll see to it that it never falters.

An experienced analyst, there's no doubt you'll have advanced knowledge of SAP BW, Excel and Access. And you'll certainly have reported on large amounts of complex data before - ideally in relation to HR. Strong attention to detail is essential. As is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, questioning and challenging when necessary. And, of course, you'll bring us a real customer focus too.
