Luton based start up Ecommerce shop www.digizo.co.uk specialized consumer electronics is looking for a front end web developer. Applicants must have be proficient in HTML & CSS, DHTML, XHTML, JavaScript, Flash & competent in Photoshop & Dreamweaver, must have commercial experience & know usability, browser standard & accessibility with basic understanding of PHP, mySQL. Applicants must have previous background in website design or a well rounded practical ecommerce experience, commercially used CMS is a plus. Examples of previous work are a must. You will need to be a team player & good communicator with the ability to design from brief or maintain existing projects. Knowledge & experience of SEO/PPC and familiar some popular shopping carts is a definite plus.

You are also responsible for managing other team members & their performance, to ensure that they meet KPI & business requirements.

This is a key position and foundation member of company, share options will be offered after 1 year depends on performance.
