There's a revolution growing in Sale, Cheshire - a small development house that is backed by one of the largest private equity firms in the UK is beginning to win projects from all corners of the globe and requires more Web Developers to come join the cause.

Currently they have a very flat structure with just 5 people in the business, with 1 Developer ready to join next month (who turned down opportunities with 3 very well-known .NET Software Giants that even offered more money, because he could see the future in this company). One of the main reasons for his decision to join this business, was because the two Directors have painted a clear vision of why any experienced developer would at least want a chance of a conversation with their business:
