Job Title: Front End Web Developer - AGILE

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 pa plus potential for stock options and bonus

Position: Full Time, Permanent

Our client is a financial services group, active in payment and banking services. They strive to develop services and solutions that are transformational in nature and that focus on a customer's positive experience.

The company have several immediate vacancies for experienced Front End Web Developers - AGILE to join an existing busy and growing . Net Microsoft stack Agile software development team.

Job Role:

This is an exciting and challenging role for somebody who wishes to join a company based at their HQ in Central London (some travel may be necessary) and be part of the new wave of disruptive banking and payment services.

Key Requirements:

Reporting in to the Group Head of Software Development you will be a highly accomplished Front End Web Developer, motivated and driven to delivering high quality solutions resulting in a top class customer experience.

You will be passionate about and motivated to deliver world class financial sector disrupting software that will make a difference to the way people see the banking and payments industry. You must be delivery focussed, have an infectious can-do attitude, and be the type of person who wakes up every morning excited about what you will help to create with the company. You will crave challenges and find solutions to problems quickly and logically, and be very calm under pressure.

You will get to be part of a team developing a new type of banking platform which will be used by millions of people and become a household name.

Skills and Experience:

* Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3

* Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

* Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery

* Good understanding of AngularJS

* Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

* Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

* Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.

* Proven experience in C #, Asp. Net MVC, WebApi

* Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

* Up to date relevant technical experience to be able to quickly gain the respect and be able to have technical planning discussions with the internal experienced senior software development team producing cutting edge financial web and mobile applications.

* Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory and non-negotiable.

Due to the immediate start of the role, you must be eligible to live and work in the UK. The company will not consider applications requiring sponsorship, visa or relocation assistance.
