We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Performance Analyst to join our Market Planning team. The role offers a challenging and fast-paced environment with significant exposure to high-level decision makers within the Global Sales and Revenue Management departments in British Airways & partner organisations. Our team works closely with Global Sales on setting sales teams’ revenue targets, analysing the immediate and long-term market position, highlighting emerging trends that are likely to affect performance and tracking performance compared to targets.

You will need strong analytical ability backed by a numerate degree or equivalent and will be comfortable extracting data from a variety of sources to produce meaningful data analysis. You will have the ability to influence others through strong communication and analytical insight building strong relationships and managing stakeholders along the way. A real strength in Excel is a must and knowledge of SQL and SAS is desirable as we can develop your skills in this area. Commercial awareness, and creative and strategic thinking as well as a passion for problem solving are key.
