- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly process reports and analyse process metrics to provide the Process Manager and owner, and the wider Met Office with information about process performance.

- Administer the Change Advisory Board (CAB) with specific responsibilities for organising meetings, ensuring that an accurate record of proceedings is maintained of all decisions regarding the implementation of change into the operational environment.

- Maintain the Change Management Intranet presence to ensure that the wider Met Office can obtain accurate information about process outputs.

- Maintain the Change Management process document library, ensuring that documentation is reviewed, updated and published when necessary so that Met Office staff have access to the correct versions of documentation.

- Provide working cover where possible for other areas within IT & Customer Service during periods of exceptional weather or major IT incidents to maintain our excellent levels of customer service.
