Sales Support Executive

An enthusiastic and highly/motivated individual, looking to establish themselves within the sales industry, is required to join a world/leading brand that provides intelligent information and groundbreaking solutions to industry professionals, operating across the Financial, Tax and Accounting, Risk, Legal and Media industries. This position will reside within the Tax and Accounting department, and is the result of natural growth within the company.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Executive is to generate leads for the sales team. Outbound calling to one partner accountancy practices speaking to finance or tax professionals introducing them to the suite of products and making appointments for the Inside Sales team to demonstrate products via WebEx. Responsibilities will include:/

*Promoting the product suite to prospect sites in order to gain leads for the sales team

*Minimum 30 calls a day following up on agreed campaigns, providing two leads a day to the team

*Cleansing prospect data and establishing KDM/SDM

*Supplying industry feedback to the team at monthly sales meetings

Skills and Qualifications

*Organised and self starting and pro/active with a genuine desire to move into a sales career

*Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience

*Clear communication skills both spoken and written

* Confident and articulate

*Ability to use MS Excel proficiently

* Tele/appointing experience in a B2B environment (desirable)

*Exposure to using a CRM database system (desirable)
