Quantity Surveyor - City of London

The Company:

A particularly impressive company with over 10 years in the industry are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Working over a vast variety of real estate each project is approached as unique and bespoke. Concentrating on the fit out, refurbishment and design of the projects they have solidified themselves as a strong competitor in a saturated market. Specialising in fast track solutions that are on time, on budget, and top quality, they are a company that are only going to grow.

The Opportunity:

As Quantity Surveyor you will be coming in at the post tender stage, taking the project, and running with it. Based in the impressive city of London you will be mainly office based with trips to sites across London as and when necessary. With a background in fit out you will be based on their Design and Build arm on projects in the millions. As a rapidly expanding company they know that their staff are of the utmost importance and put and emphasis on only recruiting the elite in each other members chosen field.

The Key Requirements:

* Looking for an enthusiastic, fresh face, with ambitions of greatness to join a hard working team that lets the pride in their work shine through

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry, with a background in fast-track fit outs

* Someone that has been loyal to a company for at least 2 years

* Someone with experience as a Quantity Surveyor running their own projects of a varied size

* Someone that needs no or very little guidance in running a project from tender stage to final accounts

The Money:

* £35K - £45K + travel allowance + a very generous bonus scheme.

* Flexible to negotiate based on Quantity Surveyor's experience and expectations
