The Project Manager Role:

The primary purpose of this role is to manage internal and external resources through the complete lifecycle of a client project from sales handover through to implementation and post go live support. Ensuring that the project produces the required deliverables to the agreed quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.

Project Manager - Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

> Project Kick off with Client project team and our project team

> Manage all aspects of the project (PID creation, scope definition, Objectives, benefits, timeline, budgets, resourcing, and communication)

> Create and maintain project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, risks, status and resource allocation to project stakeholders

> Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

> Maintain project schedule and cost by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems and provide regular updates to stakeholders

> Resource planning and weekly management of project tasks and actions

> Provide project progress reports to project team, stakeholders, and management

> Project communications - weekly calls, status reports, and project closure reports etc.

> Act as primary point of contact to the customer

> Manage project scope, initiate change requests and if necessary escalations through proper channels

Hours/Benefits Package:

This role is full time 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break. Annual holiday entitlement is 23 days + bank holidays. The company operates a Private Health Care Scheme and Pension Scheme which would be available on satisfactory completion of probationary period.

Project Manager Required Qualifications / Skills:

> 3+ years project management experience

> Certified to Prince2 Practitioner or similar

> Experience of using Microsoft Project and TeamworkPM

> Previous experience of project management within similar discipline

> Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

> Strong speaking, writing, presentation and organisational skills

> Exposure to scalable solutions (medium - large organisations)

> Exposure to different types of organisations (Private sector, Public sector, Not for Profit)

> Knowledge of Financial applications and processes

Additionally, you must be a team player who integrates easily and communicates positively. You should also be energetic and self-motivated - thriving in a hands-on environment, require minimum management supervision and be willing to work with new initiatives no matter how unfamiliar.

You may have worked in the following capacities:

Product Coordinator, IT Project Analyst, ERP Project Manager, Client Implementation Project Manager, Technical Client Manager, SaaS Project Manager, Technical Project Manager.
