Overview

The CRM and marketing campaigns manager oversees the firm’s Europe customer relationship management (CRM) efforts and manages email campaigns to distribute L.E.K.’s intellectual capital in Europe. The CRM and Campaigns Manager is responsible for CRM application administration and business analysis and reporting. The role is based in London and reports to the marketing director (Europe).

Responsibilities

- Email Campaign Management

- Create and manage mailing lists pre- and post-distribution

- Manage email distribution tool

- Provide timely analytics reports on campaign effectiveness and link them to CRM data

- Process hard bounces and unsubscribes

- Liaise with counterparts in other regions to share best practice

- Maintain email marketing best practice policies and processes

CRM Application Administration

- Customise the application (form updates, etc)

- Manage the database, update data and manage data integrity rules

- Manage system updates, including validation testing and liaising with internal IT team

- Liaise with L.E.K. IT, external consultants and Microsoft to resolve system failures and progress system development

CRM Business Analysis

- Design and produce custom reports and analytics for input into sector team, office and regional meetings

- Run quarterly and monthly reports and distribute internally

- Run and distribute quarterly data audit reports to users

- Ensure YTD reports are managed throughout the year

- Upload new user Contacts to the system

- General data processing - process updates received, merge duplicate records, record incoming enquiries etc.

Development, Training and Communication

- Gather and define requirements to create new or improve existing processes

- Communicate system updates and best practice to stakeholders

- Liaise with other regional CRM specialists to maintain global standards

- Provide day-to-day user support

- Work with IT to set up new users

- Provide information to all Users on system updates, best practices, system outages etc.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of business and marketing requirements and processes

- Direct experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ideally in a professional services environment

- Experience with email marketing tools, ideally Dotmailer and/or ClickDimensions

- Ability to manipulate large data sets, analyse data, and use marketing automation and other tools to implement email marketing campaigns

- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, highly developed project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment

- Excellent communication skills and experience communicating cross-functionally and with senior executives

- Ability to both work independently, collaborate effectively with colleagues and comfortable working with and advising senior leadership team
