My client is a leading Services Institution and recruiting a corporate estate manager professional to be responsible for all of the real estate transactions of the company in Brazil.

This is a key role to ensure the businesses continued success and efficiency, which requires a professional with an excellent corporate real estate history and business strategy know how to be a key role in the business strategy locally.

Main responsibilities

* Determine the most efficient strategy of the real estate portfolio of the company in Brazil

* Manage the real estate transactions

* Ensure the guidelines, policies and complience

* Manage and build relationship with the stakeholders (internal business areas and external partners)

Skills/ Experiences

* Strong Estate Management experience

* Transactions management

* Have defined the real estate strategy for a complex portfolio of assets along Brazil

* Suppliers Management

* Communicative and strategic profile

* Fluent English and Portuguese

* College Degree

* Significant bonus related to performance
