As HR Consultant you will require the following experience:

* Previous success in a HR or Workforce role at a NHS Trust

* Reducing use of Bank Agency staff

* Job planning or Workforce reduction

* HR and Workforce systems

In addition to the above any Project Management experience is highly desirable.
