IFS Support Analyst - £20-33K + Benefits

Bedford and UK travel may be required (travel mileage allowance included)

My client, who is a vertically integrated horticulture business, is seeking a Support Analyst to play a key part in the continued support and development of their IFS system.

As the Support Analyst, you will be required to provide on-going support and development of the system, have direct participation with the team, remote support off-site offices and deliver system enhancements from the early stages of process mapping through testing to live systems releases.

During the process you will need to support users, both locally and remotely.

Essentials:

* Experience with the IFS system (ideally apps 7 and above)

* Expert in Crystal Reports, SQL queries and IAL development

* Exposure to manufacturing or supply-chain modules

* Great interpersonal skills

Preferables:

* Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Transport Management Systems and data collection solutions

* A current driving license and passport
