Unix Security Engineer

FRG Consulting is looking for a Unix Security Engineer to join one of their key clients in the financial sector based out of the Cheshire site.

The successful candidate will provide direction, interpretation and governance for IT Security Policies as related to UNIX or Linux as part of the wider team.

Key responsibilities:

*Ensure that all Audit or GIS requests for assistance are handled promptly and;

*Demonstrates commitment and knowledge of the environments, nuances and complications of the estate in a timely manner

*Understands and demonstrates SME capabilities for IT Sec. Policy standard and can articulate complex issues using simple terms

*Provides input into IT infrastructure sub-project plans and manage tasks to plan

*Works as a team to own the T4 security standards

*The implementation and management of infrastructure platforms or components that host specific business applications or services:

*Linux, Solaris and AIX

*Knowledge of privilege access tools

*Desired PowerBroker, CyberArk
