We're looking for a motivated professional to take on the role of Chief Technology Officer for a successful SaaS company at their office in Hampshire. If you have the ability to lead development & testing teams, able to drive security strategy and migrate hosted services to public cloud, then you could be the CTO that we're looking for.

What will you be doing?

As the CTO you will have full responsibility for taking the product to market and managing a development and testing team. You will be a technologist but also very commercial and on a daily basis working closely with the CEO.

You will possess the personal stature and gravitas to gain the confidence of a broad range of key stakeholders and drive the technology department across five key areas of the business; Software Development, Testing, Project Management and external Infrastructure and Security partners.

We are keen to find a senior individual who possesses the ability to develop effective technical leaders within those teams and help define, design and refine organisational structures and common standards of support and development across the company.

This position will suit a driven and dynamic first class technology leader seeking an entrepreneurial environment with the opportunity to have a big impact on software, product development and the whole business with a key focus on delivering business value via technology.

What skills/experience should you have?

* Be a proven CTO in a software based company, ideally producing SaaS products.

* Proven experience of developing Security strategy and guiding companies towards ISO standards such as ISO27001

* Experience of Managing a team, shaping, defining and mentoring a team to its full potential.

* Experience of migrating hosting platforms over to public cloud

* Dealt with 3rd Party Vendors Key stakeholder Management skills

* Experience with a smaller organisation going through rapid growth (not corporate)

* Experience in a high demand, B2B technology environment focusing on both resources demand and IT security.
