We are seeking to employ a new Web Developer within our existing Dev Team. Work would take place on our suite of websites, back-end systems, databases, and applications.

Back-End, we utilise Microsoft ASP.Net/C# and SQL Server. On the Front-End, we aspire to use modern HTML5/CSS3 and JavaScript libraries.

We are looking for a developer to work out of the Manchester office.

We are seeking to employ a new Web Developer, within our existing Dev Team. Work would take place on our Suite of websites, back-end systems, databases, and applications.

Essential:

Visual Studio 2012, 2013, or newer

ASP.Net / C#

MS SQL Server

HTML5 / CSS3

JavaScript / jQuery

Experience of Responsive Design, Mobile Device optimisation

Experience of Adobe Creative Suite, Image Editing in Photoshop (or similar)

Desired (Not Essential)

Experience of Source Control systems, such as SVN, Git or Team Foundation Server.

SysAdmin experience, i.e. Windows Server setup, management, IIS and SQL administration. Experience of Data Backup procedures.

Any experience of Mobile App Development, whether Native or HTML5 based.

Knowledge of SEO.

Education & Experience:

Relevant Computer Science / Software Engineering Qualifications

2+ Years Commercial Software Developer Experience

What we need from the Candidate:

Youll be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background, comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation, whilst remaining business driven. With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis or business analysis experience, youll have an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs. In addition, you will have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge.
