Full Stack web developer (PHP)

Key responsibilities

*Take control of our product roadmap from a technical standpoint

*Take a team lead role working with an in house junior developer and a remote team of sub-contractors

*Deliver high quality software in our PHP development framework, currently LARAVEL 4.2

*Manage our development in sprints to meet tight deadlines

*Keep team briefed on emerging and evolving InfoSec issues that may impact our products impact the market

*Work with management and colleagues inside and customers outside of the business to fully understand the business problem we solve and how we are going to solve it now and in the future

*Help us stay relevant in the context of loT, transport industry changes e.g. connected vehicle technology, driverless vehicles, transport as a service

Essential Skills

*Commercial web application development / software engineering role

*Strong knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle

*Experience knowledge of the following:

1.PHP5/PHP7

2.Laravel

3.HTML / CSS

4.SQL

5.LAMP Stack

6.Distributed version control (we use GIT)

7.AJAX

8.HTTP
