Java Developer / Java Team Lead (Agile TDD Web). World leading financial trading organisation is seeking a skilled Java Developer / Java Team Lead. You will guide and support a talented Agile team to develop a complex online trading solution.

As a Java Developer / Java Team Lead you will work closely with a Product Owner and Technical Architect to establish a project roadmap and set the technical direction for future product development. Regularly liaising with key stakeholders, you will report on progress and any potential issues. You will encourage your team to continuously grow their skillsets, fostering an atmosphere of open communication and innovation.

Requirements:

*Strong Java skills

*Team Lead experience

*Experience in the financial industry

*Agile working experience

*Degree educated in Computer Science or a closely related subject

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Ideally, experience with high throughput, low latency, highly available systems
