To be eligible for this role, you should have:

- At least 3 years Dynamics CRM Business Analysis/ Functional Consultancy experience.

-Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering, Gap Analysis, writing functional requirement documents, training users.

-Strong SQL knowledge.
