Our client is an international Tier1 bank located in Zurich.

We're looking for an individual with 1-2 years working experience in Banking and/or Financial Services as contractor/consultant/temporary employee acting as Junior Performance Analyst supporting the Investment & Performance Controlling team.

Candidates must be residents of Switzerland and need to have availability to start within the next 30 days.

Tasks

* Global Investment Performance Standards, compliance and handle GIPS related topics from all areas/locations of the bank

* Ensure the implementation of the CIO views in the bank's Portfolio Management System in terms of internal tactical grids upload; ensure accuracy and completeness

* Maintenance of the internal performance data related systems

* Monitor and review performance development of client accounts and identify/analyse performance outliers

* Generate and review performance analysis reports; analyse the results in terms of performance contribution and/or attribution

* Enhance and/or develop IT solutions to handle performance measurement related topics

Requirements

* Banking apprenticeship and/or higher education in economics/finance

* 1-2 years previous work experience in Banking and/or Financial Services in Switzerland

* Profound IT knowledge (MS Office, MS Access, knowledge in VBA, SQL appreciated)

* Reliable, client centric, result driven and highly motivated personality

* Strong organisational and planning skills as well as cross-linked thinking

* Ability to deliver constant good quality under high pressure

* Open-minded and able to deal with different cultures

* Fluency in English & German (written & spoken)

This is an exciting contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm.

Start Date is ASAP

The assignment is planned for 12 months with optional prolongation.
