Senior Project Manager

My client is an award winning multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy. They are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team. The Consultancy would like to add a candidate who has experience and knowledge in Historic buildings, conservation and/or renovation as well as its other sectors such as: Commercial, Retail, Leisure, Education, automotive and/or residential.

Key Requirements

* Working knowledge and application of conservation/heritage principles, philosophy and practice

* Experience carrying out the following on a wide variety of buildings, including those listed and of historical importance:

Design, specification and contract administration for building repair, maintenance, refurbishment, rehabilitation, remodelling and improvement works

* Knowledge of Condition and Compliance reports/surveys

* Technical due diligence

* Project and programme management

* Plans for the forward maintenance, repair and care of historic buildings including Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules, Quinquennial and Quadrennial survey reports

* Consulting and finding the balance between conservation and being commercially astute.

The Money

The salary offered for this role is £50K-£70K dependant on experience, plus a very generous benefits package.
